Position Summary

As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate support and assistance to residents while helping create a comfortable, engaging, and safe living environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Assisting residents during meals and meal preparation
• Supporting medication and treatment administration as assigned
• Performing housekeeping and laundry duties
• Encouraging participation in social and recreational activities
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
• Training and mentoring new team members as needed
• Supporting resident health, safety, dignity, and overall well-being
• Performing other duties as assigned

This position includes weekday shifts, every other weekend rotation, and occasional holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or High School Student with active CNA license
• Passion for caring for and serving others
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• No previous caregiving experience required; we will train the right candidate
• CBRF certifications preferred
• Medication Administration certification preferred
