Part Time Administrative Assistant

Location: Austin, TX 78744

Hours: Mondays, 8a-5p

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to management and staff, coordinating office activities, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence

Maintain organized filing systems and update company records

Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed

Assist with data entry, document preparation, and record keeping

Coordinate office supplies and inventory management

Support HR or accounting departments with administrative tasks when needed

Greet visitors and assist with office reception duties

Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred

1-3 years of administrative or office support experience

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively

Preferred Skills

Experience with CRM systems or office management software

Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or accounting support tasks

Customer service experience

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally
