Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: Blue Ash, Ohio Pay: $22–$26/hour Schedule: Part-time (approximately 20–25 hours/week) Job Type: Contract / Temporary

Overview

Our client is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the office and leadership team
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and incoming communications
  • Perform data entry, maintain records, and manage filing systems
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Order office supplies and assist with inventory tracking
  • Assist with meeting coordination, including scheduling and preparation
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Support basic administrative tasks such as document processing and recordkeeping
  • Provide customer service support to internal and external contacts

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
