We're a 40+ year estate planning company with an established call center team in Bradenton. Our appointment setters call warm, interested leads — people who have already raised their hand — and schedule them to meet with one of our field representatives. No cold calling. Ever.

 

What you'll do

       Call warm, pre-qualified leads who have already expressed interest in estate planning services.

       Schedule appointments for our outside sales representatives using a proven, structured script.

       Bring your own personality and professionalism to every call — friendly, respectful, and reassuring.

       Keep accurate notes and records in our system after each call.

 

What we offer

       $15/hour plus weekly performance bonuses — paid every week.

       Consistent part-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:30 PM. No evenings, no weekends.

       On-site at 8725 Pendery Place, Suite 104, Bradenton, FL — near UTC/BJ's, Exit 213.

       Warm leads only — your call list is people who asked to be contacted.

Who you are

       You have at least 1 year of phone-based, call center, or customer service experience.

       You're comfortable on the phone, build rapport easily, and can follow a script without sounding like you're reading one.

       Reliable — you show up, you're on time, and you take ownership of your results.

       Coachable — you welcome feedback and want to keep getting better.

       You genuinely enjoy helping people and find satisfaction in being part of something meaningful.
