What you'll do:Build and manage daily crew schedules for residential and commercial job ordersServe as the primary liaison between customers and the production departmentCollect, validate, and prioritize incoming and outgoing installation ordersEnsure production managers always have complete, accurate scheduling informationOptimize installation performance through precise scheduling, timely communication, and proactive follow-throughTrack KPIs and respond with action plans to address scheduling gaps or trends. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years of ageStrong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with data entryAbility to stay composed and solution-focused in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentComfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a teamFlexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed.
