Part-time cashier

Veron's Supermarket is looking for a friendly, dependable Part-Time Cashier to provide excellent customer service and help create a welcoming shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a smile.
• Accurately operate the cash register and process transactions.
• Bag groceries with care.
• Keep checkout areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Assist customers with questions and carry-outs when needed.
• Help stock merchandise and complete light cleaning during slower periods.
• Work as a team to keep the store running smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, positive attitude with great customer service skills.
• Honest, dependable, and punctual.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Cash handling experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
