What You’ll Do
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, and menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work station.
- Cook items to order while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely service.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures at all times.
- Assist with stocking, rotation, and storage of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Communicate clearly with team members to support smooth kitchen operations.
- Clean and sanitize tools, equipment, and work areas throughout the shift.
- Support additional kitchen tasks as needed to help the team succeed.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous kitchen or food service experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to follow directions, recipes, and established procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Comfort working in a busy, team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed.
