PART-TIME OPERATIONS ASSISTANT- PALACE THEATREHourly rate is $13.50This position is responsible for assistance in operations, marketing, and event coordination at our historic Palace Theatre and Crossville Depot. It is a part-time position and employees in this position do not exceed 28 hours per week of work.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Assist in the daily operations of the Palace Theatre.Assist in daily operations of retail and rental of the Crossville Depot.Assist with administrative duties of the office such as mail, telephone, report development, correspondence, website and emails.Assist in marketing and public relations program including: events, facility rental, tours and information center.Assist with setup and maintenance of stage lighting, sound and equipment.Ticket sales for events and programs.Social media updates.REQUIRED ABILITIES:Effective communication and public relations skills.Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with staff, leadership and the public.Knowledge of the City of Crossville.Nights and weekends are required.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:High school diploma, or equivalent, required.Experience in similar field is preferred.Valid TN Drivers' License is required.Please read full job description for a list of all essential requirements.
