What You'll Do - Provide comprehensive nutrition assessments for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Deliver one-on-one and group nutrition education for patients with mood, eating and substance use disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans.
- Monitor nutritional status and recommend appropriate nutrition interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to improve nutrition outcomes.
- Make a meaningful impact by using Food as Medicine to improve patients' quality of life.
