Austin Nature Maid is a locally owned, 100% non-toxic, all-natural, eco-friendly residential cleaning company, and we’re looking for the right person to join our growing team.

• Paid training starting at $18/hr + tips
  After training, our cleaners typically earn $22–$29 per hour, depending on job size, efficiency, quality, and client feedback.
• Part-time schedule: 2–3 days per week, with potential to grow if desired
• Paid driving time between homes (we schedule clients by area — no cross-town chaos)
• All cleaning supplies provided — always non-toxic and eco-friendly
• No weekends and closed 7 major holidays

About the Role

You’ll be cleaning private homes for a loyal, recurring client base. Because we use only 100% non-toxic products, our team members appreciate working in a healthier environment — no harsh chemicals, no headaches, no gloves melting off your hands.

We value quality over speed, consistency over volume, and professionalism paired with a friendly attitude.

How We Start

Selected applicants will be invited to complete a short, paid trial clean.
This is a relaxed, paid opportunity to:

Payment is provided the same day.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping experience
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 2 professional cleaning references
• Ability to pass a background check
