    Description

    Position: Partnership Marketing Gameday AssociateDepartment: Partnership MarketingReporting Relationship: Manager, Partnership MarketingStatus: Seasonal Internship

    Job Summary:This position is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day functions of the Partnership Services Department on Panthers gameday and game weeks.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Assist in the execution of partner activations including training camp and all game day activationsManual labor required (partner event implementation, activation set-up and breakdown, etc.)Assist with gameday preparation on Friday and Saturday leading into gameday weekendsSupport and work closely on Sponsor events to ensure proper inclusion and communication for team events.

    Must develop and maintain courteous, effective, and professional working relationships with partners and employees at all levels of the organization.Maintain appropriate confidentiality with regard to partner and Club matters.Follow company policies and procedures. Understand impact on other departments.Must be punctual and timely in meeting all requirements of performance, including, but not limited to attendance standards and work deadlines and all scheduled meetings.

    Must adapt, with minimal or no advance notice, to changes in how business is conducted and work is accomplished.Assist the Corporate Partnerships team as directed on an as-needed basisOther duties as required by Director of Partnership Strategy and Partnership Strategy Manager

    Minimum Requirements

    Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends (including all stadium & sponsor events)

    Must be proficient in Microsoft OfficeWorks well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitudeMust be willing to accept and embrace tasks as they are assignedMust be dependable, accountable, and trustworthyWork well in team environmentStrong customer service skillsCourteous and professionalAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionMust pass pre-employment screens

    Standing for long periods of timeWalking throughout the stadiumLift up to 50lbsTalking to customers (internal and external)Bending and stooping (occasional)Driving large vehicles, sometimes in confined spaces

    Work Environment

    Mostly office environmentOff-site sponsorship events (occasional)Outdoors in elements assisting with game day activationGame Day/Events in stadium which may include inclement weather
