     What They’re Looking For:• Experience in parts management, inventory, or dealership parts departments• Strong knowledge of agricultural equipment and components• Ability to manage inventory, ordering, and customer needs• Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

     Ideal Candidate: Someone who grew up around ag, understands farm equipment, and can step in and make an immediate impact in a parts department.
