What You’ll Do
- Assist in the preparation and plating of desserts with care, consistency, and creativity
- Maintain par levels, prep mise en place, and communicate needs with clarity
- Follow recipes and techniques with precision while being open to learning new ones
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards throughout every step
- Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for service
- Collaborate closely with the pastry chef, line cooks, and service team
- Show up ready to work, ready to grow, and ready to sweeten the guest experience
What You Bring
- Experience in pastry or baking is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right fit
- Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a love for desserts and hospitality
- Calm and focused under pressure, with solid communication skills
