Patient Care Coordinator

Pride Health is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to support our client's healthcare facility in Concord MA 01742.
 
Job Details: 
Schedule:  Mon - Fri 9:00am - 5:00pm 
Location:  Concord MA ,01742
Contract Length:  Length: 14 weeks (possibility of extension)
Pay Range: $18.00 to $19.00/hour*
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.  
 
Duties: 

• Skilled in using computers and EMR systems, including Epic.

• Answered phone calls and assisted patients.

• Handled faxing and office paperwork.

• Assisted with patient care and daily office tasks.

• Worked in a medical office environment.

• Provided excellent customer service.

• Checked pediatric patients in and out.

• Scheduled and rescheduled appointments.

• Wrote letters for patients and families.

• Handled prescription refill requests.

• Completed school forms and letters.

Requirements: 

• Education: High School 
• Years of experience: 1–2 years of experience in healthcare.
• Skills/Specialties/Technology: Computer skills, ideally Epic or an EMR system, phone, faxing, patient care, office evironment, great customer service skills.
• Skills/attributes are preferred: Computer, Skills customer service
