    Provides analytical support for managed care contracting and value-based payment strategy. Monitors payer policies, reimbursement trends, market developments, and contract performance to support decision-making.

    Reports To: Payer Contracting, Policy & Regulatory Counsel

    Key Responsibilities

    Market Intelligence

    · Monitor payer policy bulletins and reimbursement changes.

    · Track industry and market trends.

    · Benchmark contract performance against market standards.

    Analytics

    · Perform reimbursement and contract impact analyses.

    · Develop negotiation support materials.

    · Model proposed payment methodologies.

    Reporting

    · Produce regular contract performance reports and dashboards.

    · Support dashboards for payer and value-based initiatives.

    · Analyze payer trends.

    Strategic Support

    · Support contract negotiations and payer strategy development.

    · Conduct competitive analyses.

    · Identify opportunities for revenue optimization and risk reduction.

    Qualifications

    · Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or related field.

    · 3-5 years healthcare analytics experience.

    · Strong Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization skills.

    · Understanding of managed care reimbursement and value-based payment models.
