We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Data Entry Specialist to support weekly payroll data operations. The Payroll Data Entry Specialist will upload approximately 1,600 employee payroll data lines each week into LCP Tracker while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities of Payroll Data Entry Specialist

• 
  
• Upload weekly payroll employee data into LCP Tracker
• 
  
• Import and export payroll-related data files
• 
  
• Use Excel to filter, sort, and organize payroll information
• 
  
• Review data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed
• 
  

Qualifications of Payroll Data Entry Specialist

• 
  
• Experience in a Payroll Data Entry Specialist or similar data entry role preferred
• 
  
• Strong Excel skills, including filtering, sorting, importing, and exporting data
• 
  
• Familiarity with payroll processes and terminology preferred
• 
  
• Payroll processing experience is not required
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•
