Payroll and Accounting Support

Job Description          

Primary Role and Responsibilities will include Payroll & Receivables

·Driver Payroll Settlement processing in McLeod trucking software

·Enter & maintain payroll data in Excel & in software.

·Review & Audit payroll for accuracy and Discrepancies

·Engage & answer questions regarding payroll

·Maintain Organized records & Documentation

·Create daily bank deposits and posting of funds daily

·Accounts Receivables, making calls and ensuring timely payment from customers

Back-up Accounts Payable

·Support & Back up Payable processing

·Enter invoices & maintain Accurate vendor records

·Assist with Invoice matching, payment processing & reconciliations

·Provide coverage for Accounts payable responsibilities when needed

Qualifications and Education Requirements

·High School diploma or GED

·2 years’ Accounting Experience

·Strong Attention to detail

·Ability to maintain confidentiality

·Basic Office experience, particularly Excel.

·Strong communication skills
