Payroll ManagerThe client is a nationally recognized healthcare organization that supports patients and communities across the United States through a broad network of care facilities and service locations. As the company continues to grow and evolve, they are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to help ensure a seamless payroll experience for a large and geographically diverse workforce.Job DescriptionManage end-to-end payroll processing for a multi-state workforce on a biweekly schedule.Ensure payroll is completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Oversee payroll reconciliations, audits, reporting, and payroll record maintenance.Administer wage garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, and other payroll deductions.Partner closely with HR, Finance, and operational leaders to resolve payroll-related matters.Maintain compliance with wage and hour laws, payroll tax requirements, and company policies.Handle sensitive employee information with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
