We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional who can handle both payroll responsibilities and front office operations in a fast-paced landscaping company. This role supports the Accounting Manager and requires someone organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for 114 employees with accuracy and compliance
Maintain payroll records, tax documents, deductions, and benefits processing
Respond to employee payroll inquiries and troubleshoot timekeeping issues
Pull reports and provide payroll data insights to leadership
Support payroll system implementation efforts
Greet visitors, answer phones, and assist clients professionally
Manage scheduling, data entry, emails, and general administrative tasks
Communicate with crews, vendors, and customers effectively
Assist the Accounting Manager with projects and office support
Keep office operations organized and running smoothly
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
2+ years of payroll experience
Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll systems
Self-starter with a “get it done” mindset
