    Job Description

    • Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
    • Perform routine maintenance, updates, and installations of operating systems and software applications.
    • Support end-users with technical issues via phone, email, or in-person assistance.
    • Set up and configure new computers, including imaging and deploying software.
    • Maintain and organize IT inventory, including hardware, accessories, and spare parts.
    • Assist in network troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi connectivity and printer setup.
    • Document technical issues and resolutions in the IT support ticketing system.
    • Collaborate with IT team members on special projects and technology upgrades.
