About the Role:
Oak Pediatrics LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team in Westford, MA. Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive well-child visits, acute care, and preventive health services for pediatric patients
  • Diagnose and manage common pediatric illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging as clinically indicated
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and care team
  • Educate patients and families on health maintenance, development, and disease management
  • Administer and manage childhood immunizations in accordance with CDC guidelines
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
Hours include 1 on call weekend per month and 1 Saturday a month.


Requirements:
  • Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Massachusetts
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a Pediatric NP (PNP) specialization
  • Board certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP) through PNCB or ANCC
  • Current DEA registration and prescriptive authority in MA
  • Experience in a pediatric primary care or outpatient clinical setting preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and families
  • Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
