Now hiring a caring and motivated Physical Therapist to join an expanding pediatric therapy team in Culpeper, VA. This well-established, therapist-led clinic continues to grow in response to strong community demand.
In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative, tight-knit group of OTs, PTs, and SLPs who are passionate about child-centered care. Your Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional physical therapy services to children
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support individual treatment goals
Complete accurate documentation and participate in team meetings (paid time included!)
Join in on family-centered community events and sensory-friendly initiatives
Compensation & Perks:
Pay Range: $66,560–$93,000 (pro-rated for part-time hours and based on pediatric experience)
Option to choose salaried or fee-for-service structure
Reasonable caseload expectations

PTO/sick leave accrual and paid holidays
Flex-time options for easier schedule adjustments
$1,200 annual CEU allowance

An active Virginia PT license
