How you'll make an impact in this role:Design Custom Recovery Paths: You’ll perform initial and ongoing assessments, transforming clinical data into a dynamic, evolving plan of care that meets the patient where they are.
Deliver Hands-On Excellence: Use your technical skills to provide direct therapy interventions, adapting your approach to the unique physiological and emotional needs of each patient.
Empower Families: Recovery is a team effort. You’ll partner closely with patients and their families, ensuring they are educated, involved, and confident in the journey toward home.
Lead with Mentorship: Serve as a clinical guide for PTAs, students, and support personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and shared learning across the department.
