Pay & Benefits
Pay Package: Based on shifts worked, ranging from $285,120 to $380,160 annually (equivalent to hourly pay of approximately $1.00, based on total hours)

What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive OB/GYN hospitalist care across two major Seattle facilities, handling labor, delivery, and obstetric emergencies
Support Maternal-Fetal Medicine and OB teams with deliveries, surgical assists, and emergency procedures
Manage obstetric triage, including ectopic pregnancies and torsions
Perform routine gynecologic procedures such as diagnostic laparoscopy, supporting ER services
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a respectful, collegial environment
Teach OB residents and fellows, promoting education and professional growth
Contribute to quality patient care with a focus on safety and excellence
Engage in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives
What You Need Required:
Valid and unrestricted OB/GYN medical license in Washington State
Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
Residency completed within local area or able to relocate
Strong clinical skills and ability to handle high-acuity obstetric emergencies
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
Prior hospitalist experience in OB/GYN
Experience supporting fetal-maternal medicine teams
