Location: Based in Irvine, CA (travel throughout surrounding areas)

We’re looking for compassionate, dependable personal aides who want more than just a job—you’ll be improving lives. If you enjoy building relationships, working independently, and helping others stay safe and comfortable at home, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Provide non-medical in-home care and companionship

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)

• Help with mobility, transfers, and safety monitoring

• Light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders

• Run errands and provide transportation when needed

• Build meaningful connections with clients and families

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year caregiving experience (preferred, not required)

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance

• Willingness to travel within our service area

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to pass background check

• CNA/HHA certification is a plus (but not required)

Pay & Benefits

• $18–$22 per hour, paid biweekly via direct deposit
