Mahler Private Staffing is seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant for a high-profile individual in Chicago who values the highest levels of discretion, privacy, and personalized service.

We are looking for a seasoned professional who understands the art of anticipatory, unobtrusive service and knows instinctively when to be present and when to remain in the background. The ideal candidate brings maturity, life experience, impeccable judgment, and a genuine service heart. This individual takes pride in anticipating needs, managing the smallest details, and making life run effortlessly.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing seamless personal, administrative, and household support.
• Managing calendars, appointments, communications, and daily logistics.
• Liaising with professional advisors, representatives, household staff, and vendors.
• Handling errands, grocery shopping, light meal preparation, household organization, and pet care.
• Anticipating needs and adapting effortlessly to changing priorities.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience supporting a high-profile principal in a private service environment.
• An intuitive approach to delivering exceptional, highly personalized service.
• Extraordinary discretion, emotional maturity, impeccable judgment, and professional boundaries.
• A calm, confident demeanor and the ability to work independently without seeking direction or recognition.
• Exceptional flexibility and availability, understanding that the principal's needs may arise outside traditional business hours, sometimes with little notice.
• A genuine passion for service, a hands-on attitude, and a commitment to a long-term professional relationship.

This is a full-time, Chicago-based position offering 40 hours of pay guaranteed per week, although actual working hours may often be less. Flexibility is essential, as the principal's needs and schedule may change.

Compensation: $50 -$60 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
