Job Title: Pharmacist
Location: Hyannis, MA 02601
Duration: 26 Weeks (High possibility of extension)
Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Shift Details:
- Primarily Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Occasional Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- Every Other Weekend & Holiday Required
- Includes a 30-minute unpaid break
Compensation:
- Local Pay: $3,000/week
- Travel Pay: $3,600/week

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Pharmacist to support medication management and pharmaceutical care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient safety and quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Review, verify, and dispense medications accurately and safely
- Monitor medication therapy and evaluate patient responses
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams regarding medication management
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, policies, and safety standards
- Provide drug information and pharmaceutical guidance to healthcare staff and patients
- Maintain accurate medication records and documentation
- Monitor for potential drug interactions, contraindications, and medication errors
- Support inventory management and medication storage procedures
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recent Pharmacist experience required
- Active Massachusetts Pharmacist License required
- Graduate of an Accredited Pharmacy Program required
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices, medication safety, and clinical pharmacy standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare setting
