The Pharmacist is responsible for reviewing, preparing, and dispensing medications to support comprehensive, patient-centered care. The pharmacist promotes safe, effective, and affordable medication use, supports access to care for underserved populations, and ensures compliance with clinical standards and 340B program requirements. The pharmacist collaborates with providers and care teams to advance the health center’s mission and improve patient health outcomes.
* Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing (required) * Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred; Bachelor of Pharmacy accepted for pharmacists licensed prior to the PharmD requirement. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. * Strong organizational and time management skills.
