Position Summary:
Participates in all activities related to medication therapy management in area of specialty. Serves as an education resource for pharmacists, residents, students, and other health care professionals. Responsible for drug policy development and expert recommendations in area of specialty.
Position Qualification:
Pharm.D. degree from ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy, ASHP accredited residency required, and Tennessee licensure.
