In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between our medical providers, medical liaisons, and partner pharmacies. You will work directly with our Pharmacy Liaison to support day-to-day operations across multiple wellness verticals, including Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Erectile Dysfunction (ED), Weight Loss, Peptide Therapy, and Supplements. The ideal candidate excels at problem-solving, possesses meticulous data-entry skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management & Data Entry

- Accurate Order Entry: Manually enter medication orders exactly as prescribed by clinic medical providers into the correlating pharmacy database.
- \n
- Prescription Maintenance: Update, modify, and correct existing prescriptions based on direct instructions from the medical team.
- \n
- Pharmacy Clarifications: Act as the primary point of contact to clarify prescription details and dosages with partner pharmacies.

Billing & Financial Operations

- Financial Adjustments: Manage manual billing processes including refunds when appropriate.

Issue Resolution & Communication
\n

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with in-house medical teams, liaisons, external partner pharmacies, and members.
- \n
- Patient & Order Support: Resolve medication issues, patient complaints, and inquiries regarding order status, medication usage, and shipment tracking.
- \n
- Problem Solving: Investigate delayed shipments, pharmacy bottlenecks, and member complaints to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting.

- Skill Base:

- Required: Critical thinking, data entry, attention to detail, ability to work quickly yet accurately, ability to quickly shift priorities and adaptability, both written and verbal communication skills.

- Nice to have: Familiarity with controlled substances and HRT
