Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic setting. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced therapists and new graduates looking to build their clinical skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions and mobility limitations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional mobility training
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care

Patient Population

• Orthopedic patients

Productivity Expectations

• Expected productivity: 60 visits per week
• Average patient volume: 12–14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow-up visits expected

Requirements

• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates accepted
• First-time travelers accepted
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment
• Strong communication and patient care skills required
