Physical Therapist - Lebanon Center - 1st Shift (08:00 to 16:30)
Position Summary
The Physical Therapist evaluates patients to assess physical function and mobility needs. This role involves developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aimed at improving patient mobility and achieving functional goals and independence. The therapist also provides gait and balance training to support patient recovery.
