The ideal candidate will hold a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy and possess a valid license in the field. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional healthcare services to patients through comprehensive evaluation and tailored care plans.
- Set measurable, functional goals for patients and provide guidance on treatment options and home exercises.
- Supervise therapy aides, monitor patient progress, and manage pain effectively.
- Utilize best practices to determine the appropriate timing for patient discharge, educating them on proper mechanics and strategies to avoid future injuries.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all treatments and interventions.
- Participate in research studies, contribute to developing protocols, and provide input on policies and procedures.
- Address patient feedback and complaints with promptness and professionalism, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
Schedule and Shift Details:
Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 7 PM.
Flexible scheduling is available within clinic hours.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
- Valid Physical Therapy license.
- Certification from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) is preferred.
- Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the healthcare setting.
- Interest in pursuing continuous professional development in physical therapy techniques and research.
