Physical Therapist

Our client is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide high-quality therapy services across California. This role offers flexible scheduling options and opportunities to work in post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics. Our client is a patient driven, innovative, long-term contract and full-service rehabilitation company since 1995 providing a comprehensive continuum of physical, occupational, and speech therapies to various medical settings throughout California with expertise in Post-Acute Care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinic settings. 

Key Responsibilities

•  Provide exceptional physical therapy care across various settings
•  Assist in evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness

Schedule and Shift Details

•  Full-time schedule up to 36 hours per week with flexible shifts available

10-13 Week Contract Position w/ Possibility to Extend starting 3/02

Rates subject to change based on various factors including travel reimbursement, per diem, etc.
