Compensation Breakdown: 

• Base Salary $91,000 - $110,000 depending on experience (includes monthly Saturday rotation)
• Total Compensation $96,000 - $115,000+ with performance bonuses
• Benefits 401(k), full health benefits, flexible PTO
• CEU Budget $2,000 annually

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat active adults & athletes with a focus on both rehab and long-term performance

• Design and implement sport-specific and performance focused programs (from breathing drills to trap-bar jumps).

• Use clinical reasoning and movement-based assessments to guide treatment

• Track objective KPIs and iterate plans.

• Collaborate with a supportive team in modern, well-equiped facilities.

• Participate in ongoing mentorship and continue professional growth.
