Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide hands-on therapy and instruction to patients recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, treatment protocols, and wellness strategies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to coordinate patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient treatments, progress, and outcomes.
  • Stay current with advances in physical therapy techniques, practices, and technologies through continuous education.

Requirements

  • A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and related therapeutic exercises.
  • Proven experience in assessing and treating a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork.
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning about new physical therapy methods.

  • $38/hr + Performance Bonuses (Up to $43/hr+ Total Potential)
