A well-established healthcare organization is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join its rehabilitation team in Benton, Arkansas. This full-time opportunity is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about helping patients regain strength, improve mobility, and return to their daily activities through personalized rehabilitation programs.
This role works closely with a multidisciplinary care team to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and guide individuals through the recovery process using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
Schedule
Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine functional limitations and therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized physical therapy programs designed to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve strength.
  • Deliver treatment using clinically appropriate techniques and therapeutic modalities.
  • Educate patients and families on rehabilitation strategies, injury prevention, and long-term health maintenance.
  • Monitor patient progress, updating care plans and goals as needed.
  • Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Recommend and assist with fitting prosthetic or orthotic devices when appropriate.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to physical therapist assistants, therapy aides, and students.
Qualifications
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Arkansas (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage patient care in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to remain calm and effective while working in a potentially stressful clinical setting.
