We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join a collaborative outpatient orthopaedic rehabilitation team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment focused on delivering high-quality, individualized care to orthopaedic patients.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy and education, and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and rehabilitation aides. Both experienced clinicians and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Full-Time
• Monday Friday
• 3 Early Shifts: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
• 2 Late Shifts: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

• Evaluate orthopaedic patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy services
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals, recovery, and home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as appropriate
• Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and rehabilitation aides
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Promote patient safety, functional improvement, and quality outcomes

• Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Pennsylvania
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Orthopaedic outpatient experience preferred, but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

• Competitive compensation ranging from $38.94 $60.69/hour depending on experience and location
  • Approximate annual salary range: $81,000 $126,000
• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Annual CME/CEU allowance of $1,750
