What You’ll Do

As a valued member of our clinical team, you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing hands-on physical therapy treatments following the established plan of care
• Helping patients restore movement, reduce pain, and improve function
• Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility activities
• Assisting with transfer techniques and prosthetic/orthotic training
• Utilizing therapy modalities such as heat, cold, ultrasound, electricity, and massage
• Monitoring patient progress and communicating changes to the care team
• Educating patients on the safe use of assistive devices (walkers, canes, wheelchairs, etc.)
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Wisconsin
• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA program
• Successful completion of the national PTA exam
• Valid driver’s license with a reliable, insured vehicle
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care
