Roc City Bar and Grill in Rockdale, IL is looking for a talented and passionate Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team! Responsibilities:

• Prepare and hand-craft pizzas according to restaurant recipes and quality standards
• Stretch, toss, and shape dough to consistent size and thickness
• Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings with accuracy and attention to detail
• Operate and monitor pizza ovens to ensure proper cooking temperatures and times
• Maintain a clean and organized pizza station throughout each shift
• Monitor ingredient inventory and communicate low stock to kitchen management
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a kitchen, pizzeria, or food service environment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
