Litigation Paralegal – Personal Injury

Qualifications
- 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury trial work
- Strong knowledge of civil procedure and litigation deadlines
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation materials
- Proficient in case management software, including Filevine or similar platforms
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills with both clients and attorneys
Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and discovery responses
- Manage case files, court deadlines, and compliance with court orders
- Coordinate depositions, expert scheduling, and court filings
- Prepare trial binders, exhibits, witness lists, and trial materials
- Support trial efforts, including courtroom preparation and case organization
- Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with case strategy
- Review and organize medical records, treatment updates, and case documentation
- Participate in case reviews and provide litigation support throughout the life of the case
- Assist with settlement closings, lien reductions, and post-settlement tasks
- Maintain accurate case management and data entry within Filevine
