Picture this: it’s 3:45 PM on a Sunday. A conveyor shows signs of stress. You interpret the readings, isolate the issue, and execute a precise corrective fix—preventing a costly delay. As our Plant Reliability Maintenance Technician, this is your mission: protect throughput, extend asset life, and mentor others to sustain excellence.

Impact You’ll Make

• Maximize equipment and systems performance through vigilant monitoring.
• Lead safe predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Drive a disciplined PM program using eMaint—daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Oversee sub-contractors and issue purchase orders for essential parts and services.
• Turn captured data into accurate maintenance reports and insights.
• Train production teammates on routine PMs and verify compliance.
• Fabricate or repair components using machine shop tools to minimize downtime.

When & Where You’ll Deliver

• Modern, air-conditioned facility with occasional temperature variation.
• Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 3:30 PM – 12:15 AM; overtime as business needs dictate.
• Training: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, then a 1:00 PM start time after training. Training hours/length are flexible.

Tools & Technical Mastery

• Electrical systems at 480/240/120 volts
• Bearings, power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication systems, fluid pumping, welding, and rigging
• Blueprint and schematic interpretation
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Expertise with hand, power, and specialized tools
• Plus: brazing and open-air furnace experience
• Preferred: PLC troubleshooting and AutoCAD (not required)

Qualifications to Succeed

• At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize independently
• Comfortable multitasking with minimal supervision
• Strong basic math skills
• Proven background in welding, cutting, fabrication, and equipment maintenance

Physical Demands

• Regular pulling, reaching, bending, climbing, and kneeling
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods
