We offer a variety of services for all plumbing needs; this position involves advising clients (in home) on their options for tank-less water heaters, water filtration systems, water & drain repipes.
The majority of your appointments will be with existing clients that are currently having work done by our service technicians; most of these clients are looking to upgrade or enhance what they already have.
You don’t need plumbing experience (we can teach that), but common sense is helpful. You should be driven by a desire to help homeowners, while wanting a meaningful career with huge earnings potential.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skillset(s):
- Ability to build real rapport with customers
- Customer service and data entry experience
- Ability to work as a team and detailed oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Possess excellent time management and organizational skills

We are looking for a driven sales individual with at least 3 years of experience presenting solutions to clients (you connect well with others and have exceptional communication skills). You are already highly organized; you already follow up on leads and know how to write proposals. So, what are you waiting for?!
COMPENSATION TYPES: 100% Commission-sell it, bank it! (Typically, $85-$150,000 annually)
