The Engineering Manager plans and manages capital projects from concept through implementation, including budgeting, resource allocation, project scheduling, vendor coordination, documentation, and communication with stakeholders. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the Engineering Manager provides leadership and supervision to mechanical design engineers, engineering technicians, maintenance personnel, and Tool Room employees.
