What You'll Be Doing

Your day is hands-on and real. You'll be in Utah homes installing water heaters, water softeners, and full plumbing system upgrades with care and precision.

You'll explain issues in plain English, help homeowners feel confident, and leave the space cleaner than you found it. The work matters because people remember how you made them feel when their home was on the line.

You won't just turn wrenches. You'll solve problems, spot additional needs when they're there, and build trust without being pushy. That's how you win here.

What You'll Earn

You'll earn $18-$35 per hour, depending on your experience and ability to perform. On top of that, there are commission opportunities and performance-based bonuses, so strong performers have a clear path to earn more.

Who We're Looking For

You thrive if you're the kind of installer who takes pride in doing clean, code-compliant work and knows how to talk to homeowners without talking down to them.

• You have proven residential installation experience with water heaters, water softeners, and system upgrades.
• You know the International Plumbing Code and local Utah plumbing regulations, and you follow them.
• You have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• You communicate clearly and make customers feel informed and reassured.
• You solve problems fast, keep a clean appearance, and leave a tidy workspace.
• You can spot added customer needs and offer solutions without being pushy.
• You work well with a team, share knowledge, and are open to mentoring apprentices.
• You want to keep growing, improving your skills, and possibly move toward a Master Plumber license or leadership.
• You should not apply if you resist feedback, dislike teamwork, or don't care about five-star service.
