Advantage Security, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of security accounts throughout the Denver metro area.

This hands-on leadership position combines employee management, customer relationships, and operational oversight. You'll have the independence to manage your accounts, solve problems, develop your team, and take pride in delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day security operations and a workforce of approximately 100–150 employees across multiple locations.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular personal visits, proactive communication, and consistent follow-through.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and security officers while establishing clear expectations and accountability.
• Regularly evaluate service quality, identify potential problems, and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer expectations, and site-specific procedures.
• Develop and maintain site instructions, operational procedures, and employee training programs.
• Work closely with Human Resources to recruit, interview, hire, and retain quality employees.
• Prepare annual budgets, review invoices, and assist with contract renewals and rate adjustments.
• Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate staffing, resolve issues, and support company initiatives.
• Independently manage multiple priorities, administrative responsibilities, and deadlines.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of supervisory or management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable, with strong follow-through.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• Strong computer, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work from our Aurora corporate office, regularly visit assigned customer locations throughout the Denver metropolitan area, and respond to occasional after-hours operational needs.
• Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screening, including criminal background check, driving record, and drug screening (including THC).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in private security, military, law enforcement, property management, facilities management, hospitality, or another service-oriented management environment.
• Experience managing multiple locations or customer accounts.
