HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

TMH Physician Partners is looking for a Practice Administrator I at our Bradfordville Primary Care Clinic.  The Practice Administrator I is responsible for the administrative, operational, financial, and human resource management of one or more physician practice locations within a large multi-specialty medical group. This position ensures effective delivery of ambulatory services, achievement of financial and operational goals, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional patient experience. The Practice Administrator I partners closely with physicians, clinical leaders, and centralized corporate departments to support organizational objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY:

Minimum Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum of 3-4 years progressive healthcare operations management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years leadership experience managing healthcare teams.
• Experience in ambulatory care, physician practice management, or multi-site healthcare operations.
