What You'll Do
  • Prepare food items, equipment, and ingredients needed for smooth station operation
  • Follow recipe standards and prep lists to ensure consistency and quality
  • Assist other kitchen team members with food preparation and side work
  • Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and food safety in all work areas
  • Keep prep tables, counters, refrigeration units, and storage areas clean and organized
  • Report any issues or discrepancies to the Sous Chef/Chef promptly
  • Complete all closing duties and assist with overall kitchen cleanliness
  • Support other back-of-house positions as needed for a seamless guest experience

  • Previous kitchen experience preferred, but we'll train the right person
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
