Prep/ Line Cook

Sunflower is looking for a line/prep cook. We are looking for someone with the following attributes:

1. Dependability. We need someone who will show up on time to every shift ready to work.

2. Hustle. We need someone who is willing to work hard and takes initiative on projects.

3. Caring. We need someone who genuinely cares about other people and who is willing to take the time to form relationships with our guests.

4. Skill. Not required, but we would like to have someone that knows their way around a kitchen. Basic knife skills.

5. Humility. We need someone who is willing to learn. 

Job Types: Full-time or Part-time available 

Saturdays are required.

Experience:

• Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Duties:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Pay Frequency:

• Bi weekly

Schedule:

• Day shift
• 8 hour shift
• Saturdays are required.
