Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite | W2 Contract

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pricing & Promotions Coordinator to support permanent and promotional pricing efforts across both in-store and online channels. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in retail operations, pricing accuracy, and cross-functional teamwork. You’ll play an important role in ensuring pricing and promotions are executed correctly and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain pricing and promotion details in internal systems

• Review and validate promotions for accuracy prior to launch

• Assist with setup and testing of online clearance events and campaigns

• Help monitor pricing changes and identify potential errors or inconsistencies

• Support communication with internal teams to resolve basic pricing issues

• Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate team

• Participate in key event support, such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday prep

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to pricing activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, data entry, or administrative support

• Comfortable using Excel and learning new systems

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Clear communicator and team player

• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
