Job Title: Pricing & Promotions Coordinator

Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite | W2 Contract
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pricing & Promotions Coordinator to support permanent and promotional pricing efforts across both in-store and online channels. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in retail operations, pricing accuracy, and cross-functional teamwork. You’ll play an important role in ensuring pricing and promotions are executed correctly and on time.
Enter and maintain pricing and promotion details in internal systems
Review and validate promotions for accuracy prior to launch
Assist with setup and testing of online clearance events and campaigns
Help monitor pricing changes and identify potential errors or inconsistencies
Support communication with internal teams to resolve basic pricing issues
Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate team
Participate in key event support, such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday prep
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to pricing activities
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
1–2 years of experience in retail, data entry, or administrative support
Comfortable using Excel and learning new systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Clear communicator and team player
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
